Friday, October 2nd, 2020: Doctors expect Oklahoma City's Juan Castro to be out of action for up to 7 weeks with a fractured thumb. The Twisters left fielder suffered the injury when he was robbed and mugged after his house was broken into during the middle of the night.
Lifetime Castro is hitting .266 with 105 doubles, 15 triples, 78 home runs, 275 RBIs and 272 runs scored. He has appeared in 471 games to date and delivered 424 hits.

Friday, September 25th, 2020: Joe Peters of the Oakland Muggers had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2020.
The 24-year-old right fielder put up a .310 average and a .375 on-base percentage, piling up 158 hits, 36 doubles, 10 triples, 27 home runs, 113 RBIs and 102 runs scored.
